- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered by one notification, a representative list of such works;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing that is sufficient to locate it;
- Information reasonably sufficient to contact you, such as an address, telephone number and, if available, an email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Claims of trademark infringement
For notifying us only that your trademark may have been infringed — other inquiries will not receive a response through this process.
If you believe that your trademark has been infringed on this website, submit written notification to the designated agent above. The notification must include the same items listed for copyright claims, with the trademark identified in place of the copyrighted work.
